Diabetes - Within Your Control

This is an opportunity to have your questions about diabetes answered. Topics will include, but are not limited to, glucose testing and recording, nutrition, signs of high and low blood gluclose, benefits of exercise, and goal setting.

Free 8 week class for Granite Medical patients only. Must attend all 8 classes, limited to 25 participants, sign up required. Meets in Suite 2F on 2nd floor.
